Cancellation policy

We understand that plans sometimes change – that's why we offer fair cancellation policies:

• Cancellation up to 7 days before the check-in date: For cancellations made no later than 7 days before the scheduled check-in date, we charge a processing fee of 15% of the booking amount.

• Cancellation within 6 days before the check-in date: For short-notice cancellations within this period, we will retain 50% of the booking amount.

Refunds will be issued via the originally selected payment method.
