Booking guidelines
Booking options
- Online booking: Guests can easily book via our website www.villa-apricot.com.
- By phone: Reservations can also be made by phone at 43 664 9123400.
- By email: Bookings can also be made by email to [email protected].
Required booking information
After booking, all guests will receive a link for online check-in. The following information is required for each person:
- Name
- Place of residence
- birth date
- ID number (passport/identity card)
Payment methods
We accept payments via the following methods:
- Stripe Connect: Secure and easy online payment via Stripe Connect.
- PayPal: PayPal payments are also possible.
We recommend that our guests select their preferred payment method accordingly. Please note that bookings and prices may vary depending on availability and season. The exact terms and prices will be displayed during the booking process.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation options
- Up to 7 days before arrival: For cancellations up to 7 days before the planned check-in, a processing fee of 15% of the booking amount will be charged.
- Within 6 days prior to arrival: In case of cancellation within 6 days prior to check-in, 50% of the booking amount will be retained.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that written confirmation of the cancellation is necessary to ensure processing. We kindly ask our guests to contact us if they wish to cancel – we will be happy to assist you.
Check-in and check-out times
- Check-in: possible from 3:00 PM
- Check-out: please by 11:00 AM at the latest
Guests can check in and out independently using our electronic lock – without any additional charges for late check-in or early check-out.
For late departures that delay cleaning and preparation for subsequent guests, a fee of €79 will be charged. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Pet policy
Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement. Dogs are generally welcome. However, we kindly ask that pets not be left unattended in the garage. Please note: Tenants are responsible for their pets. Any damage to the house or surrounding area caused by pets is the responsibility of the owner. To ensure cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we ask that dogs not sleep on the beds. Thank you for your understanding.
No smoking policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas and in the garage! Smoking is only permitted on the terrace, balcony, or in front of the house. We thank you for respecting this rule for the protection and well-being of all guests.
Disclaimer
We accept no liability for loss of or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay. Guests are responsible for the safety of their valuables. We recommend keeping valuables secure and properly locking doors and windows.
We accept no liability for injuries, accidents or damages during your stay – unless they were caused by gross negligence on our part.
Please adhere to our safety instructions and rules to ensure a pleasant and safe stay.
Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time to adapt them to new circumstances or legal requirements. All changes will be published on our website and will take effect on the date of publication. We endeavor to inform all guests of any significant changes. Guests are advised to check the Terms and Conditions regularly to stay informed of any changes.
